You have been trying to get your AI agent live for months.

The demo looked great but bringing it to production proved to be harder than expected.

  • 01

You don't know if changes are making it better or worse.

If the agent starts to make mistakes, customer complaints are the only way to know.

  • 02

You can't review what the agent is doing, or why.

No trace of what the agent decided, which tools it called, or where the extra spend went.

  • 03

You don't feel in control of what it can do.

Leak confidential information, make irreversible changes. Things that can damage your reputation.

The 3 layers of production engineering for AI agents.

A reliable AI agent infrastructure
  1. 01

    Quality gates

A regression suite that stops a bad release before it reaches a customer.

  2. 02

    Observability

A trace for every agent step, with dashboards and alerts on live behaviour.

  3. 03

    Guardrails

Least-privilege access and content moderation. Boundaries you can show a reviewer.

All of it as Terraform, in your AWS account

    Assessment

We look at your agent code and infrastructure to identify the gaps.

We implement the fixes alongside your team and get your AI agent live.

Find out what it takes to run your AI agent in production

We assess your codebase and your AWS account, and give you a straight answer on what to fix to close the gap.

What we look at

  • Your agent code, prompts and tool definitions
  • IAM, secrets, networking and data paths in your AWS account
  • How you deploy, and what happens when it breaks
  • Where your token spend goes
  • Everything a security review will ask about
What you get
  • Every gap between you and production, ranked by risk
  • Each finding pointing at the exact policy, file or resource
  • What to change and why, specific to your system
  • Impact estimate per item, so you can prioritise the work
  • A walkthrough call with your engineers
  • A report written for engineers by engineers. Detailed enough to act on with or without us

Common Questions

What happens during Discovery?
You explain your particular situation and get our read on what is blocking production. If it is work we can do, we will propose a technical assessment. If not, we will suggest what to do next.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. No deck, no access, no diagram. If you can describe what the agent does and where it gets stuck, that is enough.
We're not live yet. Is it too early?
No. Before launch is the cheapest time to fix this. Most of the calls we take are with teams whose agent works in a demo and has never met a customer.
Who should be on the call?
You, and whoever built the agent if that is someone else. Two people is usually right.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. If what you need is something your team can handle without us, we will tell you that on the call.
We're not on AWS. Should we still talk?
Then we're probably not your best option.

Let's Talk.

Technical, not a deck. You describe what you've built and where it's stuck. We tell you what it takes to get it live, and if we can't help, we'll tell you who can.

The call is free. If we go ahead, the assessment is 1–2 weeks at $7,500 fixed, credited in full against the build.
